Dear colleagues,
you are receiving another issue of the journal Forensic Engineering, which continues the trend of open publishing and free sharing of scientific knowledge within the framework of Open Access. The electronic version of the journal has become an important means for the effective dissemination of professional information among experts, the scientific community and practitioners.
The current publication concerns key issues of road safety and factors influencing the occurrence of traffic accidents. The first of the published studies analyzes the influence of the age and experience of drivers on the risk of traffic accidents. Based on extensive data analyses, the authors managed to identify specific risk groups and propose measures to increase road safety.
The second study focuses on the topic of driving under the influence of alcohol and other addictive substances. The results of the analysis confirm that there is a significant connection between fatal traffic accidents and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The study also proposes preventive measures aimed at reducing this form of risky behavior.
We believe that the submitted scientific study brings new knowledge and will stimulate professional discussion. We would be happy if you help increase the reach of the published results by spreading the content of this issue and thus contribute to the development of forensic engineering as an interdisciplinary field.
Thank you for your support and we wish you an inspiring read! At the same time, we wish you a happy and successful new year, full of professional and personal achievements.
